Do you have thoughts on *why* these are getting better? A use case I have (can I become a foster parent if my vet says my dog is too old to be vaccinated for rabies?) seems to still be faltering, but I'm not clear the answers (which vary by state foster parent licensing rules, which are sometimes in policy, sometimes reg, sometimes law AND vary by state because some states have rabies vaccination exceptions if a vet signs off, and some do not) are entirely accessible on the Internet at all.

What stands out to me is how much precision and framing matter. The difference between “you’re probably not eligible” and “it depends on your state” isn’t cosmetic, it determines whether people take action or give up. This shows why we can’t treat model performance as static; we have to keep asking, and keep verifying.
